Teacup Yorkie Puppies for Sale in Dallas, Texas
We’re Jayson and Erica, and together with our four children we raise tiny Yorkshire Terrier puppies as part of our everyday family life. I’ve been breeding puppies for more than 10 years, following a family tradition passed down from my grandfather and father. Meet our available Yorkie puppies, learn how we raise them, and find the little companion that feels right for your family.
Welcome to Our Family and Our Yorkies
Yorkies have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My grandfather bred dogs, my father continued that tradition, and I grew up learning that raising a puppy well takes patience, consistency, close attention and a genuine love for the dogs in your care. Today, Erica and I are raising our four children alongside our Yorkies here in Dallas, Texas, and I have more than 10 years of hands-on breeding experience of my own.
Our puppies are raised in our home around our children, other pets, normal household sounds, playtime and plenty of gentle attention. We focus on very small purebred Yorkshire Terriers. Our parent Yorkies are approximately 3.8 lb and 2.9 lb, and families often find us while searching for tiny or “Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale.” We use that familiar term to describe their very small size while being clear that Yorkshire Terrier is the breed and every puppy grows at an individual rate.
When you browse our available Yorkie puppies, you can meet each puppy by name and see the details that make that puppy different: gender, coat color, age, personality, registration information, expected adult weight range, price, photos and video. We want you to get to know the puppy before you decide to reserve.

3. Prepare for homecoming
Review the health guarantee, feeding guidance, transportation information, and veterinarian planning before the puppy arrives or is picked up.

Dallas Pickup and Nationwide Puppy Delivery
We are based in Dallas, Texas. We arrange pickup privately by appointment so our family home address is not published on the website. Pickup appointments are arranged in Dallas after the puppy and reservation details are confirmed. The $300 pickup deposit books the appointment and is stated as fully refundable if the buyer meets the puppy and decides the puppy is not the right fit. The remaining balance is paid at pickup.
For buyers who cannot travel to Dallas, nationwide delivery is available to U.S. cities. The puppy must be paid in full before delivery. Shipping is quoted according to destination and is normally $150 to $210. Visit our puppy shipping page for the process, preparation checklist, and questions to ask before transportation is scheduled.
Health, Registration, and Responsible Preparation
Over the years, our breeding program has placed more than 2,500 puppies, and we provide a 2-year health guarantee. Because guarantee coverage is a contractual matter, buyers should read the current written terms and confirm what records, examinations, vaccinations, deworming, or other items are included with their individual puppy. We do not substitute website information for veterinary advice.
Listings may reference AKC or CKC registration. Registration organizations have different rules and documentation, and eligibility should be confirmed for the individual puppy. Our guide to AKC vs. CKC Yorkie registration explains the terminology and questions buyers can ask.
What Does “Teacup Yorkie” Mean?
“Teacup” is a commonly used descriptive sales term for very small Yorkshire Terriers; it is not a separate AKC breed classification. Adult size cannot be guaranteed simply from a marketing label. Each puppy page therefore includes an expected adult weight range supplied for planning, while buyers should understand that growth can vary. Read how big Teacup Yorkies get and our teacup vs. toy vs. standard Yorkie guide for context.
Why Families Research Before Reserving
A puppy purchase combines an emotional choice with practical responsibilities. Buyers should consider daily supervision, grooming, veterinary costs, nutrition, training, travel, and how a tiny dog fits the household. Very small puppies need safe spaces and consistent routines. Our Yorkie care blog includes guides on feeding, potty training, hypoglycemia awareness, lifespan and health, transportation, price, and avoiding puppy scams.
Buying Safely Online
Online puppy buyers should verify the seller, ask for current information about the specific puppy, understand payment and refund terms, and be cautious when details change unexpectedly. Never rely only on a stock photograph or a generic promise. Our site keeps pricing and process information visible and provides direct phone contact. The Yorkie puppy scam prevention guide offers a practical verification checklist.
Questions Before You Choose a Puppy
Ask which puppy best matches your household, whether the puppy is currently eating reliably, what routine the puppy follows, which registration paperwork applies, what the health guarantee covers, and how pickup or delivery will be coordinated. If children or other pets are in the home, discuss safe introductions. If your schedule involves long periods away, consider whether you can provide the supervision a young small-breed puppy needs.

Planning for a Yorkie Puppy
Choosing a very small companion dog is easier when buyers compare more than a photograph. Ask about the puppy’s current routine, eating schedule, socialization, expected adult size, registration information when applicable, and what records are provided. A responsible decision also includes planning for veterinary care, grooming, safe transportation, and the extra supervision a tiny young puppy may need. Our website is organized so families can move from puppy details to health information, delivery guidance, frequently asked questions, and direct contact without relying on vague promises.
What Buyers Should Confirm
Yorkshire Terriers are small dogs with large personalities, but individual puppies can differ in energy, confidence, coat color, appetite, and comfort with new people. The information on each listing is meant to help a family begin a conversation, not replace direct confirmation before a reservation. Availability can change, so buyers should verify the puppy’s status and current details. We encourage practical questions because clear expectations about pickup, delivery, payment, daily care, and the transition home make the process easier for both the puppy and the family.
A Clear Dallas-to-Home Process
Our Dallas-based service model is intentionally straightforward. Families who can travel to Dallas may arrange pickup, while buyers elsewhere in the United States can ask for a delivery quote based on destination. We do not represent that we have branches in other cities. Instead, location pages explain how a buyer in that area can review available puppies and request delivery from Dallas. This distinction matters for transparency and also helps visitors understand exactly where pickup occurs and what to expect when arranging transportation.
Before You Reserve
Before making a payment, review the puppy page, confirm the current price and status, and read the relevant policies. Pickup reservations use a $300 deposit, with the remaining puppy balance paid at pickup; the stated pickup deposit is refundable if the buyer meets the puppy and decides not to proceed. Shipped puppies require the puppy price to be paid before delivery, with a separate delivery charge normally quoted between $150 and $210 according to distance. Payment methods presented by the business are Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
Preparing for the First Days
Small-breed puppy care should be discussed with a veterinarian who can assess the individual dog. New owners should prepare an age-appropriate food routine, fresh water, a secure sleeping area, safe indoor spaces, and a plan for regular veterinary visits. Because young toy-breed puppies can be vulnerable to problems when they miss meals or become stressed, consistent routines matter. Our educational articles cover feeding, hypoglycemia awareness, potty training, expected size, registration terminology, lifespan, and buyer-safety questions so families can research before choosing a puppy.
